01. BackgroundThe Technological Challenge

'Round Table 3 Haifa' is a volunteer NGO working tirelessly for the community, youth at risk, and Holocaust survivors. The goal was to build a dynamic web platform combining a representative, bilingual front-end with an efficient Back-Office system to showcase their activities and aid in recruiting donations and volunteers.

The Core Challenges:

  • Versatile Data Management: The ability to easily display projects, posts, and mixed-media galleries (images and MP4/MOV videos) seamlessly, without requiring technical knowledge.
  • Strict Bilingual Symmetry (RTL/LTR): Developing an architecture that fully supports Hebrew and English simultaneously, including Rich Text Editors (TinyMCE) adapted for each language direction.
  • Centralized Operations & Inquiries: Creating an internal CRM system to capture leads and volunteer requests, integrated with a Hebrew calendar for event tracking directly from the admin panel.

02. ApproachThe Logicode Solution

We engineered a custom Laravel-based platform, ensuring strict data security, efficient file processing (for heavy videos and images), and a robust database. The frontend was crafted using Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js to deliver a lightning-fast, accessible, and interactive user experience.

For the Admin Panel, we integrated unique tools explicitly developed for the NGO's team: a customizable drag-and-drop widget interface, a digital clock, dynamic weather reacting to the time of day, and a synchronized Hebrew calendar allowing custom local event scheduling—all saved via Local Storage for maximum convenience.

Integrated Lead Management (CRM)

Routing all forms and volunteer requests from the site directly into a secure backend database. Features read/new status tracking for efficient community response.
