Schneider Assets Platform Mockup

01. BackgroundThe Technological Challenge

'Schneider Assets' is a leading company in marketing and managing luxury real estate projects. The goal was to build a dynamic, bilingual, and responsive platform to serve as the company's central digital showcase. The site was designed to provide a premium UX matching the brand's identity, alongside advanced tools for internal management of properties, magazine articles, and leads.

The Core Challenges:

  • Complex Property Management: Real estate firms must display extensive, variable data (statuses, exclusivity, locations, specs, galleries) cleanly without visual clutter.
  • Strict Bilingual Symmetry (RTL/LTR): Building a site that fully supports Hebrew and English, maintaining a perfect design inversion of UI components (arrows, menus, tables) without compromising aesthetics.
  • Connecting Content to Lead Systems: Creating a mechanism that automatically converts magazine readers and newsletter subscribers directly into the company's internal sales funnel.

02. ApproachThe Logicode Solution

To answer the client's unique needs, we engineered a dual-interface system synchronized perfectly: a front-facing platform targeting buyers and investors, and a custom back-office CMS exclusive to the agency's team.

Our approach merged clean, meticulous design with smart backend automations, ensuring the client can independently manage media and projects without ongoing developer dependence.

Core System Components

Interactive Project Catalog

Smart property cards displaying location, marketing status, and exclusive tags at a glance, with elegant hover animations that enhance the premium brand experience.

Atlas - Smart Search Agent

Developed an interactive search interface simulating a smart agent. It analyzes user requirements and displays dynamic scanning stages before revealing results, boosting user engagement.

Media-Rich Real Estate Magazine

A responsive video player built into articles, allowing external embeds (YouTube/Vimeo) or local uploads, combined with native quick social sharing tools.

Integrated Lead Management (CRM)

Custom forms and newsletter sign-ups route user inquiries directly into a categorized master lead table in the admin panel, saving the cost of expensive third-party CRM systems.

Automation & Absolute UI Control

A smart engine auto-truncates and generates unique URLs to prevent server errors. Complete ability to hide, show, or delete projects and galleries instantly without breaking the layout.

A unified, premium brand experience with a significant increase in incoming leads across all touchpoints, granting the client complete independence in managing media and projects without developer reliance.
The Impact

What sets a custom real estate website apart from an ordinary brochure site?

A real estate website carries a lot of changing information: statuses, exclusivity, locations, specifications and galleries. The challenge is to present it cleanly, and to let the team update it without a developer. For Schneider Properties we built two synchronised interfaces: a premium visitor experience for buyers and investors, and a dedicated back office for the agency team. Smart property cards show location, marketing status and exclusive tags at a glance, and the dynamic search imitates an agent analysing the visitor’s requirements. All of this is possible when the site is built as part of custom web development rather than from a standard template.

Two more things decide whether a real estate website generates leads. The first is symmetrical multilingual support: a Hebrew and English site must mirror arrows, menus and tables without harming the aesthetics. The second is the link between marketing content and the sales funnel: forms and a newsletter that route enquiries into a central leads table with clear classification, removing the need for third-party systems. Automatically generated URLs, and the option to hide or delete a project in one click, also prevent errors and broken layouts. A commercial real estate project with a search agent is described in 2inaBOX. For a tailored lead-management system see advanced systems, for pricing use the calculator, and for advice get in touch.
