01. Background & ChallengeA Personal Clinic Needs a Site That Works for It

Ela Alzami is a paramedical cosmetician with a clinic in Kiryat Bialik, offering personalised facial skin care: a real skin assessment, quality ingredients and support all the way to the result at home. A business like this runs on personal trust, so the website has to feel like her: calm, clean and precise, with no sales pressure and no inflated marketing language.

The Core Challenge: to bring three things together in one website - a brand experience that conveys Ela's quality, appointment booking that does not depend on messages and phone calls in the middle of a treatment, and organic search growth that brings clients from Haifa and the Krayot. All on ordinary shared hosting, with no dedicated server and no technical upkeep on the client's side.

02. Our ApproachBrand First, Then a System Built Around It

We started from Ela's logo (a brush ring, an EA monogram and a "Beautician" script) and built a design language from it: a plum-and-rose palette, delicate headings with script accents and thin-line icons, with no emojis and no "spa" clichés. The same language runs through the website, the app, the emails and the admin panel.

Then we moved from a static site to a full system: a Laravel-based website with a database, an admin panel where Ela manages appointments, treatments, prices, articles and customers herself, and a booking system that checks real availability. Installation is designed for shared hosting: upload the files and import an SQL file, with no command line.

Engines Behind the Project

Design Derived From the Logo

One visual language for the website, the app, the emails and the admin panel, so every touchpoint looks like Ela.

Online Appointment Booking

A four-step wizard: choose treatments (several at once), pick a free slot based on actual opening hours and the calendar, then details and confirmation. The client gets an email with a calendar file and an Add to Google Calendar button.

Full Admin Panel

Appointment requests with approve, reject and reschedule, monthly, weekly and daily calendars, opening hours and closed days, customers, treatments and prices, articles, plus 14 designed email templates.

Customer Account Area

A client sees her next appointment, treatment history, promotions and the consents she gave, books further appointments and can request deletion of her data. A birthday greeting appears only during the week of the birthday.

Local SEO & GEO

More than 130 pages: five treatments, 24 articles and 99 service-area pages for 11 areas across Haifa, the Krayot and the north, with structured data and an llms.txt file that helps search engines and AI systems understand the clinic.

App, Privacy & Accessibility

The website and the admin panel install on a phone as an app (PWA) that opens on a customer sign-in screen. A consent log and privacy center for Amendment 13, form protection against bots, and a built-in accessibility menu.

We turned a static brochure site into a digital business that works even when the clinic is closed: clients book online, Ela manages everything from one place, and the site is built to rank across Haifa and the Krayot.
The Impact

What does a cosmetician's website look like when it brings appointments and not just photos?

A cosmetician's website has to do three things: convey trust, answer a new client's questions and turn interest into an appointment in the diary. For Ela Alzami we started with a design identity derived from her logo and a transparent price list for the five treatments, because a visible price is part of trust. Then we built a booking wizard that shows only genuinely free hours and lets a client pick several treatments together, so nobody has to wait for a WhatsApp reply to know whether there is room.

On the local SEO side we built a page for each treatment and service-area pages that honestly explain there is one clinic, in Kiryat Bialik, and how long the drive is from each city, together with professional articles about facial treatments. There is no ranking promise, but a sound structure, real content and structured data are a precondition for competing. You can see the result on the live site www.ela-alzami.com. If you run a clinic or a service business that wants online bookings, start with website development or custom system development and a scoping call, check the cost in the calculator and browse the portfolio. Frequently asked questions

What kind of project was carried out for Ela Alzami?
A combined project: a design derived from her logo, a custom Laravel website and a booking system with a customer account area and an admin panel, for a cosmetician in Kiryat Bialik. It also includes more than 130 pages for local search and an installable app.
How does the booking system work?
The client chooses one or more treatments and a free slot calculated from Ela's opening hours and calendar, then leaves her details. The request is saved as pending, Ela approves, rejects or reschedules it from the admin panel, and the client receives an email with a calendar file. There is no payment on the site; payment is made at the clinic.
What about privacy and accessibility on the site?
The site includes a cookie banner with an equal choice between accepting and declining, a consent log, a privacy center with a data deletion request, an accessibility menu and an accessibility statement. The wording of the legal statements should be approved by a professional.
